Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in a related field.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day business processes according to SOPs.
• Document process steps, workflows, and procedures accurately.
• Identify deviations or challenges in process execution and report them to supervisors.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on process performance; identify trends and anomalies.
• Contribute insights and recommendations for process improvements based on analysis.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of processes.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to address process-related inquiries and issues.
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
