Public Safety Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (PSSLAI) seeks a BPAD Supervisor to drive process improvements, automation, and analytics initiatives across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, deploying automation tools, and delivering data-driven recommendations for cross-department performance.
You will develop dashboards, conduct time-and-motion studies, and support ROI analyses while guiding end-user adoption and BPAD governance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BPAD Supervisor who will assist the department head in business process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and analytics-driven initiatives across the Association. The role ensures that workflows are optimized, inefficiencies are identified and addressed, automation tools are deployed effectively, and data-informed recommendations support cross-departmental performance improvements.
Assist the head in process audits, mapping, and time-and-motion studies for the whole Association.
Redesign workflows to improve productivity, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
Identify automation opportunities and oversee development of tools (Excel VBA, Python, Power Automate).
Develop process unitized costing to support ROI and cost-benefit analyses.
Support operations research modeling and optimization initiatives.
Generate data-driven insights using Excel, Power BI, Python, or R.
Drive change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and automations.
Prepare dashboards/reports summarizing performance improvements and project progress.
Train end-users and support BPAD governance and best practice frameworks.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related fields.
3–5 years’ experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, workflow design, operations research, automation, or analytics.
Skilled in process mapping (Visio, Lucidchart), Advanced Excel skills, and knowledgeable in Power BI.
Familiarity with automation (VBA, Python, Power Automate) preferred.
Knowledge of optimization tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, lending institutions, or any regulated finance environment is highly preferred due to the nature of process controls, compliance requirements, and data sensitivity.
