Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Business Development Administrator in Ermita, Manila. You will plan, coordinate, and execute business development activities, events and marketing engagements to support FELCO's growth objectives.

The role requires coordinating permits, registrations, and logistics with the marketing team, tracking opportunities through the sales pipeline, and managing promotional materials and collaterals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in event coordination, marketing support, business development support, or related functions.
• Experience handling leads, bids, or pipeline tracking; fieldwork preferred; driving license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, and execute business development activities, events, trade shows, and exhibits.
• Coordinate permits, registrations, and logistics with the marketing team.
• Track and monitor business opportunities from lead generation to bid submission and sales conversion.
• Coordinate production, distribution and deployment of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
