Job summary

Nezda Global is seeking a Manager - Business Excellence to lead end-to-end process improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma. You will analyze operations, develop dashboards and performance insights, and collaborate across Operations, Quality, Training, and Support to drive measurable business results.

The role is hybrid, with Bridgetowne QC as a base, and requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to sustain ongoing improvements and benefits realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Analytics, or Operations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• 2-3 years in current role (or 5+ years if at Assistant Manager level seeking promotion).
