Job summary

Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader to head Team Leadership & Capability Development in Metro Manila. You will drive business process improvements and capability programs across functions, aligning with strategic goals.

The role requires 8+ years in relevant fields and 3+ years in leadership, with hands-on experience in analytics, PM, operations, finance or transformation. ERP/BI experience is preferred; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, Supply Chain, Information Systems or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, business analytics, project management, operations, finance, strategy or business transformation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects or business improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with business intelligence, ERP or enterprise reporting systems.
• Retail or other multi-site operating environment experience is an advantage.
• Lean Six Sigma, Project Management or similar professional certification is an advantage.
