Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience in Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Quality, Analytics, or Operations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• 2-3 years in current role (or 5+ years if at Assistant Manager level seeking promotion).

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Analyze operational performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance insights for stakeholders.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Training, and Support teams to improve business outcomes.
• Monitor project benefits realization and sustain long-term improvements.
