Job summary

ORIX RENTAL CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Marketing and Business Development professional to drive growth across non-core products and services.

You will identify markets, manage multi-channel campaigns, and build relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, while delivering proposals and pitches to secure new partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years in business development, marketing, or negotiations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive growth for non-core products, services, and projects.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and business opportunities to expand reach and generate leads.
• Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, events, and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to support client acquisition and partnership development.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, marketing calendars, and campaign execution to meet business objectives.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, lead generation, and conversion metrics to support data-driven decisions.
