DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for leading and developing business development projects and initiatives for assigned acquisition accounts. The role ensures the effective implementation of plans and the achievement of revenue targets in alignment with SEELL’s objectives and strategy.

• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or sales function in a leadership or managerial capacity, or in project management with a strong focus on marketing or sales
  • Must have experience directly managing a team, working with cross-functional teams, and engaging with senior managers and business leaders

BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING

• With a high level of strategic thinking in business and program management
• Manages the assigned business development projects of SEELL and oversees the implementation of development plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
• Develops a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction, and discusses promotional strategies with the Marketing and Recruitment Group.
• Builds and fosters good working relationships with new and existing clients and other stakeholders to ensure repeat business engagements.
• Develops business plans in response to client needs and identifies business pain points and market opportunities.
• Coaches and mentors subordinate members to support their development and growth.
• Works closely with Program Managers and other departments and stakeholders to ensure program delivery is aligned with client-agreed specifications and/or curriculum design.
