Responsibilities

• Lead and develop business development projects for assigned accounts.
• Ensure plans are implemented and revenue targets are achieved.
• Develop growth strategies and discuss promotional plans with marketing groups.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive repeat business.
• Coach and mentor junior team members; collaborate with program managers to align delivery with client needs.
