Cebu Landmasters, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Business Development Officer to support SBUs by turning project ideas into saleable, leasable, or investable developments. You will oversee BD activities, perform financial modeling, manage projects from launch to turnover, and coordinate with LGUs and land acquisition teams.

This role requires strong coordination with senior management and the ability to deliver project deliverables on schedule and within budget.

• Leads business development activities within the SBU with management support from SBU head.
• Runs financial and economic modeling of a project
• Leads project management from successful launch to turnover of projects
• Leads at least 2 projects from launching to turnover of the projects
• Provides management reporting
• Deals with LGU and government bodies
• Engages with land acquisition

Job description

Business Development Officer shall provide project development support to the SBUs and successfully rollout project deliverables from project to turnover. These projects are for sale, lease, investment, or redevelopment.
