The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and develop client relationships that support the company's long-term objectives. Candidates with prior experience in thefood manufacturing, distribution, or FMCGsectors are highly preferred.

Key Roles and Responsibility

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through site sourcing, analysis and assessment (foot traffic, trade area presence, lease terms/ condition and estimated ADS).
• Research and analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
• Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking, and attending relevant industry events.
• Initiate and manage partnerships with food retailers, distributors, wholesalers, or institutional clients (e.g., restaurants, supermarkets, hotels).
• Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and sales forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote our offerings to prospective clients.
• Track and report on business development activities, progress, and results using CRM tools.
