Job summary

InLife Benefits PH in Makati is hiring a results-driven Business Development professional to drive sales across all channels and expand the client base through effective outreach and presentations.

Requirements include a university degree in business, at least 2 years in business development in HMO or life insurance, strong ethics, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies. You will collaborate with Group Operations to deliver services and reports.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities with all sales channels to achieve sales strategies and objectives.
• Convert prospects into clients through sales calls including basic presentation to prospective clients and intermediaries.
• Prepare sales proposals and conduct follow-up meetings.
• Monitor collection of initial modal bills.
• Expansion business account solicitation.
• Provide efficient client services by working closely with Group Operations and other support units.
• Adhere to SLA and deliverables set by both internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with other areas in the company to deliver on the services required.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports as required.
• Build productive business relationships with all channels through delivery of quality service.

• Compliance with the company's policies and procedures
