IPM Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a seasoned business development leader to identify and cultivate relationships with industry professionals, expanding the company's footprint and top-of-mind awareness. The role involves attending industry events and building a strong network to generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development within construction, demonstrated leadership, and the ability to coordinate proposals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 10 years of business development experience, 4 years in a managerial capacity.
• Experience with a construction company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand IPM Construction and Development Corporation's footprint and build top-of-mind awareness.
• Attend industry events to assess market conditions, competitions, and establish client relationships.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts in organizations to grow business opportunities.
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process for IPM's Project Management team.
• Other tasks as needed for business growth.

• Identify and develop relationship with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
• Create and expand IPM Construction and Development Corporation's footprint and build positive top of mind awareness.
• Attend industry events such as exhibits, conventions, and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions, competitions, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospect.
• Develop and maintains network of contact in various organizations such as PICE, UAP, REAP, and other organizations to build new business opportunities.
• Coordinate and assist in the proposal process of IPM's Project Management team.
• Other tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary in the growth of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 10 year's work experience in business development, 4 year's of which is in Managerial Capacity.
• Experience working in a Construction company.
