Job summary

Oriental Consultants Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive opportunities in the Philippine infrastructure sector. You will identify prospects, build relations with government and private clients, and develop competitive proposals.

The role requires licensed civil engineering credentials, a strong network with DPWH/DOTr, and extensive BD experience to expand partnerships and ensure regulatory compliance. A full-time position based in Manila.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or engineer in a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure or a consultancy firm.
• Strong connections and background with government agencies (DPWH, DOTr).
• Knowledgeable in business development and dealing with private and government clients.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough market research to identify opportunities, analyze competition, and understand market trends in the Philippines infrastructure sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the infrastructure industry.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, online research, and industry events.
• Prepare proposals for infrastructure projects, collaborate with technical and financial teams for alignment with client needs.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and capabilities within infrastructure.
• Ensure all BD activities comply with regulations and legal requirements.
• Track and report BD activities, progress, and achievements to management.
• Prepares other tasks relative to the position as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A licensed Civil Engineer or any engineering field

• Knowledgeable in Business Development and dealing with private and government agencies as a client.
