Oriental Consultants Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive growth in the Philippine infrastructure sector. You will research opportunities, build client networks, and collaborate with government agencies to secure strategic projects.

The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with extensive industry connections and a track record in public-private engagements within infrastructure consultancy. You will lead proposals and partnerships to expand our project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 10+ years in infrastructure or consultancy.
• Strong connections with government agencies such as DPWH and DOTr.
• Knowledgeable in business development and client engagement with private and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyze market trends in Philippine infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through networking, research, and industry events.
• Prepare proposals for infrastructure projects with technical and financial teams.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conducts thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, analyze competition, and understand market trends within the infrastructure sector in the Philippines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the infrastructure industry.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
• Preparing the proposals for infrastructure projects, collaborating with technical and financial teams to ensure alignment with client needs and project requirements.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and capabilities within the infrastructure sector.
• Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements.
• Track and report on business development activities, progress, and achievements, providing regular updates to management.
• Prepares other tasks relative to the position as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A licensed Civil Engineer or any engineering field
• Must have at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure or a Consultancy Firm
• With strong connections and background dealing with government agencies such as DPWH and DOTr
• Knowledgeable in Business Development and dealing with private and government agencies as a client.
