Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Diliman Quezon City to drive revenue and grow strategic accounts. The role collaborates with Marketing, leads pre-sales efforts, develops value propositions, and negotiates commercial terms.

You will nurture leads, close deals, guide delivery teams during engagements, report on pipelines, and acquire new customers across industries.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Bachelor's Degree in any Business Course.
• 8 to 10 years in Business Development in IT software/hardware or related industries.
• Ready to be employed and complete requirements.

Responsibilities

• Works with Marketing to identify and develop sales leads.
• Nurtures leads into qualified opportunities.
• Takes charge of pre-sales efforts, including the creation of a value proposition, the preparation of the proposal and the negotiation process.
• Takes charge of closing and finalizing commercial documentation.
• Acts as a solutions consultant whenever possible.
• Develops a strong relationship with our customers.
• Monitors and assists the Delivery Team during the engagement period.
• Reports status of pipelines and funnels on a periodic basis.
• Responsible for the revenue and business growth of the verticals being covered.
• Responsible for acquiring new customers and growing them.
• Provides management with customer feedback ad market intelligence.
