JK NETWORK COMPANY in Taguig City, Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Head for an on-site role with a 9:00am-6:00pm schedule. Salary ranges from Php90,000 to Php100,000 monthly.

The position manages business development, sales, corporate planning, and strategic partnerships across multiple subsidiaries and affiliates. The candidate should have 8–12 years in relevant fields and at least 5 years in a managerial or executive leadership role, with a proven revenue growth track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 8–12 years progressive experience in business development, sales, corporate planning, or commercial operations.
• At least 5 years in a managerial or executive leadership role.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnership development.
• Experience in handling cross-functional teams and reporting directly to top management or Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the SALES opportunities.
• Create proposals and contractual agreements tailored to prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective Clients.
• Conduct contract negotiations, pricing strategy, and high-level client engagement.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
