Job summary

CTBC Bank Philippines seeks a seasoned professional to drive Cash Management Facilities from concept through launch, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop competitive products and maintain market relevance.

You will manage the product lifecycle, monitor regulatory changes, prepare materials, and collaborate with BHOSS, ORRMD, Legal and Compliance on procedures, controls and campaigns supporting sales efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in product management within financial institutions.
• Strong customer focus and ability to enhance customer journey.
• Familiarity with Philippine consumer segments.
• Graduate of business or finance course.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product life cycle and drive product development with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor competitive and regulatory landscape and assess impact on Cash Management Products.
• Manage risk assessments, policies and practices to ensure acceptable appetite for the Bank.
• Initiate and implement competitive ADB requirements for Cash Management Products.
• Provide Leads Generation List for Cash Management Products to Sales and Distribution Team.
• Conceptualize, define, implement, and report status of cash management campaigns and incentives.
• Prepare marketing materials and conduct customer events to support sales acquisitions.
• Collaborate with BHOSS, ORRMD, Legal and Compliance on procedures and policies.
• Act as subject matter expert and lead for projects pertaining to Cash Management Products.

To drive and achieve the RBG Target for CASA and Income generation through the development and sale of Cash Management Facilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the entire product life cycle and drive product development with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and monitor competitive and industry landscape and have solid understanding of the regulatory requirements, changes and potential impact of Cash Management Products.
• Manage risk assessments, policies and practices to ensure acceptable appetite for the Bank.
• Responsible in initiating and implementing competitive ADB Requirements for Cash Management Products.
• Manages and provides the Leads Generation List for Cash Management Products to Sales and Distribution Team.
• Initiates, conceptualizes, defines, implements, monitors and reports status of cash management campaigns and promotional incentives for external customers and Sales & Distribution (internal) team to attain desired objective.
• Prepare marketing materials and conduct customer events in support of the sales acquisition efforts of business centers.
• Collaborates and partners with key stakeholders BHOSS, ORRMD, Legal and Compliance on operational procedures and policies.
• Acts as subject matter expert, point of contact and lead for projects pertaining to handled product and services.
• Prepares product proposals for clients endorsed by the Sales and Distribution Team.
• Handles the accreditation, contracts and performance review of vendors for Cash Management Products.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 5 years’ experience in product management in Financial Institutions.
• Graduate of business or finance course.
• Strong customer focus and with natural inclination to provide good customer journey.
• Self-motivated learner and problem solver.
• Familiarity in consumer segment and industries in the Philippines is a must.
