The Junior Business Development Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s growth through lead generation, client outreach, proposal development, and relationship management. This role plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities and assisting senior managers in executing business strategies.
Lead Generation & Research
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
Sales Support
- Assist in preparing pitch presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Support in setting up meetings, preparing briefing documents, and following up with prospective clients.
Market and Competitor Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify growth areas.
- Provide insights and reports to support strategic planning.
Client Relationship Management
- Support in managing existing client relationships and nurturing new ones.
- Coordinate client communication to ensure timely responses and updates.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing, product, and account teams to align business efforts and improve service offerings.
- Help coordinate events, promotional campaigns, or partnerships that drive business development.
