Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a results-driven professional to lead initiatives for generating and engaging with business partners in the Philippines. The role emphasizes strong communication, critical thinking, and execution of strategic plans to grow the company.

Responsibilities include identifying partnership opportunities, developing new relationships, maintaining existing business, and planning for project success. This onsite position is based in Market Market, Taguig, with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Marketing or Business Management background advantageous.
• Experience generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.
• Background in B2B sales and marketing a plus.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Experience in tele sales (cold calling) a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and lead generation tools.
• 2 years' experience in Payroll Solutions/HR services (lead generations)

They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

• Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any course but Marketing and Business Management would be an advantage .
• Experience in generating leads from sales and marketing campaigns.
• Background in B2B sales and marketing would be a plus factor.

• Experience on tele sales (cold calling) would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and lead generation tools.

• Schedule: day shift (8AM - 5PM / 9 AM – 6 PM), onsite in Market Market Taguig
