Job summary

You will independently develop and maintain distribution channels, government accounts, and key industry customers to deliver strong sales results. Qualifications

• 5+ years in the printing industry with a successful sales record in the Philippines.
• Experience in printing consumables, OA equipment, or IT distribution preferred.

Job description

• Responsible for sales of compatible consumables (inkjet and laser printer consumables) and OEM equipment (laser printers, label printers, etc.) in the Philippine market. Independently develop and maintain distribution channels, government, and key industry accounts.
• Develop and achieve annual/quarterly sales targets, and independently manage the entire sales cycle including quotation, negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection. Take full accountability for sales performance and receivables in the Philippine market.
• Recruit and manage local agents, distributors, and system integrators in the Philippines.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and regulatory changes in the Philippine printing consumables market to identify new business opportunities. Submit regular sales reports (weekly/monthly) to HQ.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the printing industry with a successful sales record in Philippines. Background in printing consumables, OA (office automation) equipment, or IT distribution is preferred.
• Proven ability in independent customer development, business negotiation, and contract execution. Familiar with the full foreign trade process.
• Business - level Filipino and English proficiency (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Mandarin Chinese proficiency is preferred.
• Candidates with existing local customer resources or channel networks in the Philippines are preferred.
• No specific degree requirement. Majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, or related fields are preferred.
