Job Description

• Conducts financial feasibility studies, valuations, and market analysis for real estate developments, such as industrial parks, warehouses, and cold storage.
• Project management, budget monitoring, timeline oversight, and ensuring timely project completion from planning to construction.
• Prepares presentations, reports, and coordinates with various departments for document submissions.
• Manages industrial township developments, leasing support facilities, and implements marketing initiatives, including securing necessary permits and licenses, evaluating potential sites, and assisting in negotiations and land acquisition.
• Provides market insights, competition analysis, and financial modeling for projects.
• Ensures effective cost management, oversees stakeholder coordination, reviews contracts, and presents projects for approval by the Investment Committee.

The Successful Applicant

• A graduate with a degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in real estate project development and/or business development, with a preference for experience in land acquisition, cold chain, logistics, and/or industrial development.
• Proficient in understanding business and financial concepts, with the ability to perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects while working independently with minimal supervision.
