Job summary

SM Retail in Pasay is seeking a Site Acquisition and Development Manager to lead the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and acquiring strategic sites for expansion.

You will manage market research, negotiations with landowners and brokers, assess site feasibility, and develop business cases for executive review, driving growth across the retail network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in site acquisition, land acquisition, real estate development, commercial leasing, or business development.
• Strong experience in property sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation, and location strategy.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, commercial real estate, or property development is highly preferred.
