Job summary

Phirst Park Homes is seeking a Property Development Assistant to support the Business and Project Development Manager in identifying and acquiring sites for residential projects.

You will prepare feasibility studies, assist in permitting processes where needed, and maintain the land offers database with accurate records and updates. Strong analytical and negotiation skills and knowledge of real estate policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or real estate management.
• 1–2 years of experience in Land Acquisition, BD, Project Development, permits, or market research in real estate.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills; knowledge of real estate policies and practices.
