Job summary

Phirst Park Homes in the Philippines is seeking a property development analyst to support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties for residential projects.

Responsibilities include preparing feasibility studies and maintaining the property and raw land offers database; the ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Real Estate Management or related field and 3–4 years in real estate, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or related business field.
• 3–4 years of real estate experience, preferably in Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling people is an advantage.
