• Product Development & Innovation. Leads the design, enhancement, and lifecycle management of financial products by ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with target market needs and business objectives.
• Customer & Market Insights. Generates actionable insights through market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior trends to guide product positioning, pricing, and growth strategies.
• Go-to-Market Execution & Performance Tracking. Drives successful product launches and market rollouts by aligning with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, while monitoring performance metrics and optimizing strategies based on results.
• Cross-Functional Alignment & Business Enablement. Collaborates with Business Heads, Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure product viability, profitability, and operational readiness, while supporting execution teams with clear product guidelines and strategies.
• Portfolio Growth & Profitability Optimization. Monitors product performance and portfolio health by analyzing volume, revenue, and risk indicators, and implements initiatives to improve acquisition, retention, and profitability
