Tasq Work is seeking a Business Development and Expansion Manager to drive growth in Makati, Philippines. The role focuses on site acquisition, market analysis, lease negotiations, and creating business cases for new facilities and partnerships.

You will lead strategic planning, financial due diligence, and cross‑functional project management to scale clinics and services, leveraging mergers, joint ventures, and investments in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in business analysis, planning, or development—preferably in healthcare, clinic, or medical services.
  • Familiarity with primary care operations is an advantage
  • Strong financial modeling, feasibility analysis, and project management skills.
  • Experience in site acquisition, lease negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare systems and the regulatory environment in the Philippines is preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market potential and expansion viability.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and investment analyses for proposed projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Support development of new products, services, and channels to enhance market presence.
  • Assess prospective locations based on demographics, demand, competition, and financial viability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align expansion plans with operations and finance.
  • Prepare feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and financial forecasts for expansion projects.
  • Track project performance against business cases and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Construction, Legal, Procurement, and Marketing for timely execution.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications during expansion.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Contribute to long-term growth strategies and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.

The Business Development and Expansion Manager is responsible for driving the organization's growth agenda by identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic expansion opportunities. The role oversees site acquisition, market analysis, lease negotiations, business case development, and project coordination to support the successful rollout of new facilities, services, and partnerships. In addition, the position plays a pivotal role in expanding the clinic network and service portfolio through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and investment initiatives.

Business Development
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess market potential and expansion viability.
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and investment analyses for proposed projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Support the development of new products, services, and channels that enhance the company's market presence.
Site Expansion & Network Development
  • Assess prospective locations based on demographics, accessibility, market demand, competition, and financial viability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of expansion plans with operational, financial, and strategic requirements.
Financial Due Diligence
  • Prepare feasibility studies, return-on-investment analyses, and financial forecasts for expansion projects.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure requirements and recommend investment priorities.
  • Track project performance against approved business cases and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project Management
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Construction, Legal, Procurement, and Marketing teams to facilitate timely project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communications throughout the expansion process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Strategic Planning
  • Contribute to the development of long-term growth and expansion strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive developments to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Recommend initiatives that improve market penetration, profitability, and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 to 10 years’ experience in business analysis, planning, or development—preferably in the healthcare, clinic, or medical services sector.
  • Familiarity with primary care operations is an advantage
