• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement sales initiatives.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipeline performance, and KPI reporting.
• Drive new B2B business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Create and deliver tailored sales proposals and presentations.

• Proven track record of customer acquisition, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
• Strong experience in account management, client relationship building, and KPI performance monitoring.
• Technical knowledge or experience in the consultancy business is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
• Ability to communicate the value proposition of products and services effectively.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and CRM tools; familiarity with HubSpot and Apollo is an advantage, with at least basic knowledge of HubSpot preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Flexible, goal-oriented, resourceful, and capable of leading a team while driving customer acquisition and account growth.
• Willing to conduct client visits and attend business events as required.
