Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or project-based selling in office systems or architectural products.
• Established network with architects, designers, contractors, developers, or corporate clients is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to conduct client visits and field work.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, property owners, and corporate clients
• Promote and present office systems, furniture, and architectural finishing products
