Job summary

CLC Marketing Ventures Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive B2B deals in the design and office furniture sector. You will conduct on-site visits, build relationships with architects and designers, and identify new business opportunities.

This full-time, on-site role requires excellent communication, managing complex sales cycles, and readiness to work with multinational clients. Location is Sauyo, Novaliches, NCR with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year relevant experience in B2B sales.
• Experience in office furniture or related industry is an advantage.
• Ability to develop client relationships and sales plans.
• Independent with leadership skills and strong prospecting abilities.
• Willingness to work onsite at Sauyo, Novaliches, NCR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand project requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers and end users.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals for client review.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers regarding product specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Address client concerns and provide after-sales support.
• Stay updated on workplace design trends and furniture solutions.
• Provide market feedback and recommendations to immediate superior.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and installation.
