Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Business Development Executive with at least 2 years in sales to meet clients, understand their advertising needs, and present tailored solutions.

The role is based in Novaliches, Quezon City and offers monthly salary range ₱23,000–₱35,000. You will build strong client relationships, research client products and goals, negotiate terms, and pitch campaigns to win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any Course.
• Preferably graduate of any business, management, or any equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in Sales.
• Computer literate with MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Mainly in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
• Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points
• Performing extensive research and learning all about the client's products, marketing goals and needs.
• Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are met
• Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
• Making pitches to win new business
• A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations
