Job summary

Datagen Facilities OPC in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to identify opportunities, build proposals, and engage potential clients. You will work to secure favorable terms and develop strategies that expand our client base.

As a key part of the team, you will negotiate contracts, review client feedback for improvements, and coordinate with management to identify new revenue streams while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in the BPO industry.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for new business development and develop proposals/contracts to draw in more revenue from existing and/or new clients or follow up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• Negotiate with clients to secure attractive prices for development in the company through increased sales and customer acquisition.
• Review clients' feedback and implement changes that meet desirability for both ends.
• Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
