We are looking for a hunter.
Your job is simple to say and hard to do well. Find business owners in Australia and New Zealand who need a proper IT department, start the conversation, and put a qualified call in our founder's calendar. You open. The founder closes.
No inbound queue. No call-centre script. You build your own target list, research every business before you call it, and reach owners by phone, LinkedIn and email until they agree to talk.
Your pay rewards results, and the commission has no cap. On-target earnings are about ₱105,000 a month, and strong months go well past that. Hit your numbers and you move up to Account Executive, closing your own deals.
You work Australian business hours: about 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time, or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM when Australia is not on daylight saving. That is a day shift in Manila.
Pay
Monthly compensation package: PHP 45,000 to 55,000, plus uncapped commission. Placement within the range is based on our technical assessment.
Why people join us
- A day shift, for real. Australian hours run from about 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Manila. Most offshore IT jobs for Australia and the US run all night. Ours finish in time for dinner.
- Uncapped commission. You are paid for every qualified call held and every client you source. There is no ceiling on what a great month pays.
- A real career in sales. Senior Business Development Executive, then Account Executive closing your own deals, then Head of Sales. We train you, and we fund the sales course of your choice.
- AI-equipped from day one. A company MacBook, Claude, and Syncro with AI tooling built in. You learn the way the best IT teams will work for the next ten years, and you get paid while you learn it.
- Strong pay, always on time. We aim to pay in the top quarter of the Philippine market for every role. Payroll is never late. We fund your certifications, and we pay tenure bonuses at 12 and 24 months.
What you will do
- Build and work a target list of Australian and New Zealand businesses with 15 to 150 staff, starting with accountants, law firms, engineers, architects and real estate offices
- Prepare a short IT health snapshot of each target business from public information, then reach the owner by LinkedIn, email and phone
- Cold call owners and practice managers, and run multi-step sequences across phone, LinkedIn and email
- Spot trigger events: an IT person who resigned, a client unhappy with their provider, a cyber insurance questionnaire
- Qualify each lead against our ideal client profile, and book qualified discovery calls with a written brief
- Build relationships with referral partners: insurance brokers, accountants, bookkeepers and software partners
- Log every call, message and next step in the CRM within 24 hours
- Tell marketing what owners are saying, so our messages improve every month
- Targets after a 3-month ramp: 10 qualified discovery calls held a month, about one new client a month, and a show rate of 80% or more
Core requirements
- 3+ years of outbound B2B sales development (SDR, BDR, appointment setting or lead generation) into Australia, New Zealand, the US or the UK
- A record of meetings booked that you can show in numbers
- Excellent spoken and written English, and comfortable phoning business owners who did not expect your call
- CRM discipline: you log everything
- Resilience: you hear "no" thirty times a day and still make the next call well
- Two separate internet connections at home, power backup for at least 2 hours, and a quiet private workspace
Strong signals we look for
- You have sold IT services, managed services, software or professional services
- You research a business before you call it, and it shows in your first sentence
- You ask questions that make owners think
- You want to close deals one day, and you are prepared to earn that
Good to have
- Experience with Australian or New Zealand buyers
- Brevo, HubSpot, Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Basic IT knowledge, such as Microsoft 365 fundamentals
Pay and benefits
- Uncapped commission for every qualified call held and every new client you source
- A ramp bonus in your first 3 months while you build your pipeline
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools
- 13th-month pay, plus SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG
- HMO from your first day, extended to one dependent from your second year
- A monthly connectivity and power allowance
- Company MacBook, Claude and every licence the job needs
- Tenure bonuses at 12 and 24 months
- 15 days vacation leave and 15 days sick leave a year from regularisation
Growth
- A sales training budget, plus an IT fundamentals course so you can talk credibly with owners
- A clear path: Senior Business Development Executive, then Account Executive, then Head of Sales

How we hire
We aim to decide within about 10 days.
- Screen (days 0-3): CV review and a 15-minute call. Bring your numbers: calls, meetings booked and conversion from your last two roles.
- Cold-call role-play (days 3-5): 20 minutes live, with the founder playing a busy, sceptical Australian practice owner.
- Written sequence (days 3-5): a 3-step outreach sequence for a real Australian business, using only its public website.
- Final interview with the founder (days 6-8): your past activity, your results and how you work.
- Offer (around day 10), then reference checks on targets hit, a background check and a home-setup check.
