AImagineers Managed IT operates the IT for Australian and New Zealand clients from the Philippines, with a named engineer per client and a strong support team. You will cover leave, handle onboarding, and drive migrations, baselines, and automation across multiple accounts.

We offer a real day shift aligned to Australian hours, AI tools, team backing, and growth paths. Salary is PHP 75,000 to 85,000 monthly and you work fully remote.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online administration.
• Solid networking and backup fundamentals.
• Able to learn new environments quickly and switch between several in one week.
• Disciplined documentation and note-taking.
• Two separate internet connections at home with power backup for at least 2 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Cover engineers’ leave, sickness and resignations, at the same standard as the named engineer.
• Work one scheduled day a month on each of your accounts, so every client already knows you.
• Audit each account’s runbooks and fix the gaps, so you could run any of them tomorrow.
• Shadow and hand over when an engineer resigns, and help onboard the replacement.
• Lead the technical onboarding of new clients: access, discovery, asset inventory and baseline.
• Run the first-week health check for new clients.
• Deliver team projects between covers: migrations, baseline roll-outs and automation.
• Report cover risks early to the Lead Engineer and the Service Coordinator.
• Use Claude and Syncro to learn a new account quickly.

Six clients. Six environments. No gaps when someone is away.

When an engineer is on leave, sick or moving on, you step into the seat and the client never feels the gap. You are the reason we can promise every client that their IT never stops.

You know about six client accounts well, because you work one scheduled day a month on each. Between covers, you onboard new clients and run the team's projects: migrations, baseline roll-outs and automation. You will see more environments in one year than most engineers see in five.

It is a senior role, and it is paid like one: the same range as our Senior Systems Administrators.

You work mainly Australian business hours, a Manila day shift. When you cover a New Zealand client, you start early and earn night differential for the hours before 6:00 AM.

You are an AImagineers employee, never a contractor on loan. AImagineers directs and supports your work, sets the standard and stands behind you. The client tells us what they need, and we agree together how it is done well.

Pay

Monthly compensation package: PHP 75,000 to 85,000. Placement within the range is based on our technical assessment.

Good to have

• MS-102 or AZ-104 certification
• Managed service provider experience across several clients

About us

AImagineers Managed IT runs the IT of growing businesses in Australia and New Zealand, most with 20 to 150 staff. Each client has a named engineer who knows the business and works its hours.

A team stands behind every engineer: a Lead Engineer for escalations, a backup engineer for leave, specialists in cloud, security and AI, and a service coordinator. All of it is delivered from the Philippines, fully remote.

AImagineers Managed IT is part of AImagineers Software Philippines OPC, an AI engineering studio based in BGC, Taguig.

How we hire

We aim to decide within about 8 days. This role serves several clients, so there is no single client meeting.

• Screen (days 0–3): CV review, a 15-minute call and a short written English sample.
• Practical (days 3–5): a two-environment switch. You solve issues in two unfamiliar test tenants in one session, and document both.
• Panel (days 5–6): with the Lead Engineer, including a review of your documentation.
• Offer (around day 8), then a background check and a home-setup check.
