Job summary

Lucence Health Inc. is expanding in the Philippines and seeks a commercially driven Business Development Executive to establish and grow the local partner network, expand market access, and drive adoption of our precision oncology tests.

You will build relationships with diagnostic labs, clinics, distributors and hospital accounts, negotiating partnerships and ensuring revenue growth across the market. This role requires travel within the Philippines and a proactive, organized approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with diagnostic laboratories, screening centres, clinic groups, distributors and other strategic partners.
• Qualify leads, manage initial discussions and work with the Business Development Manager to negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Onboard and activate new partners by providing training, supporting operational workflows and driving adoption of Lucence's testing services.
• Monitor partner performance and test volumes, identify growth opportunities, and address barriers to repeat orders and revenue generation.
• Support the Business Development Manager in developing key hospital accounts and engaging oncologists, laboratory directors and procurement stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer meetings, follow-ups and internal collaboration to progress sales opportunities and address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales opportunities and monitor progress against sales targets and forecasts.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, customer feedback and market trends to inform commercial strategy and business growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As we expand our presence in the Philippines, we are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to help establish and grow our local partner network, expand market access, and drive adoption of our precision oncology tests.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with diagnostic laboratories, screening centres, clinic groups, distributors and other strategic partners.

2. Partner Activation & Revenue Growth

• Onboard and activate new partners by providing training, supporting operational workflows and driving adoption of Lucence's testing services.

• Support the Business Development Manager in developing key hospital accounts and engaging oncologists, laboratory directors and procurement stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably in diagnostics, medtech, pharmaceuticals, laboratory services or healthcare.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, with the ability to articulate previous performance and results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage clinicians, laboratory directors, business owners and procurement stakeholders.
• Commercially driven, proactive and organised, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple opportunities independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines as required.

Nice to Have

• Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, liquid biopsy or advanced diagnostic technologies.
• Existing relationships with diagnostic laboratories, screening centres, hospitals or clinic networks in the Philippines.
• Experience managing channel partnerships, distributors or new market launches.
