The Business Development Executive supports the Head of Business Development in achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, acquiring new business, and handling contracts. The role also contributes to strategic planning and coordinates with internal departments to ensure successful contract execution.
Responsibilities
- Meet sales targets through planning and strategy.
- Lead market research to find new opportunities.
- Acquire new client accounts.
- Win new business and maintain strong client ties.
- Build and manage professional client relationships; send regular updates.
- Monitor industry trends and use insights for sales strategies.
- Use CRM to track client info, sales activity, and protect data.
- Work closely with internal teams.
- Join required trainings, events, and meetings.
- Handle basic department admin tasks.
- Follow company quality standards.
- Do other tasks as assigned by the Head.
Qualifications
- Overall airline and travel agency knowledge, use of GDS and sales experience is an advantage.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong in communication, negotiation, time management, organization, and presentations.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Sales-driven with a focus on building profitable client relationships.
- Works independently and collaboratively.
