Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive for Tuguegarao Sales Office. The role is field-based with Monday-Saturday schedule and flexible hours, focusing on growing the business through strong customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives.

You will execute territory plans to boost sales volume and market share, ensure product availability, visibility, pricing compliance, and support promotions and consumer activities, collaborating with Salesmen to reach

Qualifications

• 4-year degree as a baseline requirement.
• Valid driving license (manual) is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills are essential.
• Field sales experience is advantageous.
• Background in sales or marketing projects preferred.
