Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive for our San Fernando Sales Office. The role is field-based with a Monday–Saturday schedule and requires active engagement to drive sales performance.

You will execute territory plans, ensure product availability and pricing compliance, and implement trade programs while working closely with field teams to grow distribution and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (4-year).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual transmission vehicle.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to hit sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in outlets.
