Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive to drive sales in Bauang. This field-based role involves executing territory plans, ensuring product visibility, and coordinating with Salesmen to hit targets.

You will implement trade programs and promotions while strengthening the brand presence across outlets. We value graduates with strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid manual transmission license, and prior field sales or marketing project exposure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.
