Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and related processes.
• Experience with impact assessments and functional designs.
• Experience with testing activities including functional/acceptance/migration tests.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into finance and user requirements.
• Act as a key Finance contact for large-scale change initiatives.
• Coordinate activities across squads, tribes, and programs.
• Support backlog management by translating epics into features and user stories.
• Perform impact assessments, process analysis, and data analysis.
• Evaluate data quality and recommend improvements.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting controls and standards.
• Execute and support testing activities (functional, acceptance, migration).
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver business solutions.
• Provide financial processing and reporting accuracy and timeliness.
