Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join the Business Banking technology team in an Agile product environment. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineers to define requirements, improve processes, and deliver technology solutions for banking services.

You will collaborate with colleagues across ING's global network to turn business needs into scalable, valuable solutions and support continuous learning and improvement across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process improvement.
• Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate within cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

Role Summary

As an IT Business Analyst, you'll join our Business Banking technology team, working in an Agile product environment where collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement are part of everyday life. What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Understanding of business process analysis and process improvement.
• Experience working with REST APIs, system integrations, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Postman, and Swagger.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience within Business Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
• Exposure to digital banking platforms and customer-facing applications.Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
