Job summary

ING Hubs B.V. Philippine Branch is seeking a Business Analyst for the Financial Accounting Tribe. You will bridge finance, operations, and technology to translate regulatory requirements into accounting solutions and support end-to-end processing improvements.

This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong data analysis. You will act as a Finance representative on large-scale changes, ensure completeness of financial processing and reporting, and contribute to testing

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and related processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with testing activities (functional, acceptance, migration).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into finance and user requirements.
• Coordinate activities across squads, tribes, and programs.
• Support backlog management by translating epics into features and user stories.
• Perform impact analyses, process and data analysis; evaluate data quality.
• Support accounting controls, standards, and migration testing.
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver business solutions.
