Job summary

ING Hubs PH is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business requirements with IT solutions within Wholesale Banking Tech and Trade Finance. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and DevOps teams to translate needs into functional designs and to support squads through refinement and rollout.

You will gather requirements, define roadmaps, slice epics into features, and verify delivered IT solutions meet expectations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years bridging the gap between business and IT.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and functional design.
• Knowledgeable about core banking services, working capital solutions and trade finance.

Responsibilities

• Create functional feature designs and roadmaps for squads and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into IT specifications and ensure alignment with product owners.
• Slice epics into features so teams can refine into user stories with end-to-end view.
• Verify IT solutions meet the defined requirements and design.
