Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an IT Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT delivery within the Trade department of Wholesale Banking Tech. You will translate requirements into functional designs, align roadmaps with squads, and support product owners and DevOps teams in refining features.

You will work across global teams, applying agile principles and DevOps practices to ensure end-to-end delivery and ongoing support of IT solutions for working capital and trade finance processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years bridging business and IT in banking environments.
• Experience with requirements elicitation and functional design.
• Knowledge of working capital solutions and trade finance.
• Experience working in agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into IT features and roadmaps for squads.
• Define and align feature designs and dependencies across teams.
• Slice epics into user stories so squads can refine concrete work items.
• Verify that delivered IT solutions meet the defined requirements and acceptance criteria.
