Job summary

Risewave Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned business analyst to define, analyze, and optimize AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with product managers and developers to craft scalable, testable workflows and governance controls.

Your role includes developing test plans, validating business rules, and performing root-cause and process analyses to drive continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role.
• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
