Job summary

Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. is seeking proactive Field Collectors / Business Advisors to join our operation team. You will conduct field visits and engage clients to secure collections and build relationships.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field, possesses a valid driver's license, and demonstrates strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• With a valid driver's license and willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits.
• Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management.
• Relevant experience in banking, lending, financing, microfinance, or other financial institutions is an advantage.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of building and maintaining good client relationships.
• Willing to travel and work in the field as required by the position.
• Ability to assess basic client and business information and exercise sound judgment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
