Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct fieldwork and client visits.
• Experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management is preferred.
• Banking, lending, financing, microfinance, or financial institutions experience is advantageous.
• Strong sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of maintaining client relationships.
• Willing to travel and work in the field as required by the role.
• Ability to assess basic client/business information and exercise sound judgment.
