Northpoint Development Bank, Inc. is seeking proactive Field Collectors / Business Advisors to join our operations team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on field visits, client relationship building, and driving financial solutions with a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and prior experience in sales, marketing, or banking-related roles.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits.
• Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management.
• Relevant banking/financing/microfinance experience is advantageous.
• Strong sales-oriented mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to maintain client relationships.
• Willing to travel and work in the field as required.
• Ability to assess client and business information with sound judgment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to learn and comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

We are currently seeking for proactive Field Collectors / Business Advisors to join our operation team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.

• With a valid driver’s license and willing to conduct regular fieldwork and client visits.

• Preferably with experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or relationship management.

• Relevant experience in banking, lending, financing, microfinance, or other financial institutions is an advantage.

• Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve or exceed assigned targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
