Key Responsibilities

• Perform building repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Conduct minor carpentry, painting, masonry, and general maintenance work.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Identify and report hazards; assist in emergency repairs when needed.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Document completed work and submit reports to the Admin Supervisor.

Working Conditions
