Job summary

Job description

• Assists repair & maintenance team in ensuring that facilities are safe, clean, orderly, and functional
• Perform minor repair works, which includes repairing of cabinets, doors, furniture and fixtures.
• Knowledgeable on carpentry works & basic plumbing tasks , which includes de clogging & leaks repair.
• Cleaning of air-con units and cooling equipment.
• Inspecting control panels and electrical wiring to detect any issues that require immediate action.
• Conducts inventory of maintenance supplies.
• Ensures that all maintenance equipment is in good working conditions.
• Other tasks that may be allocated from time to time.
• With at least one (1) year work related experience preferably as building maintenance.
• Willing to render overtime & shifting schedule if needed.
• Has basic knowledge in construction works, repair and maintenance.
• At least High school graduate or holder of a vocational certificate in building maintenance, electrical technology, or similar field.
• Candidate must be able to start as soon as possible
